Free Blue Ox Group Run & post-run LEGO RUN!

Enjoy a night with runners of all abilities as you traverse the beautiful downtown area along the river on a group run ranging from ~3.5 to 6 miles. 

After this particular group run we'll be having a quick special event LEGO RUN!! Come see if you can run or walk barefoot over up to three boxes of legos on the treadmill - perfect for practicing a much needed parenting skill! See a preview video below :)
