1. Our app developers have been helpful for this particular complication ... it's basically on Strava and the way many folks "sign in" with their Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts. We've had success with folks seeing their Strava data correctly when they follow these instructions (given to us directly from Strava) ... Strava told us to pass this link along to anyone who asked.

2. Sign out and back in again of the Blue Ox Running App

3. Sign out and back in again of your Strava account (using email/password from step 1 above) in the Blue Ox Running app.
