Come To Our Group Run!
We have a weekly group run on Thursdays @ 6pm! We invite any ability and typically go to about 3.5 to 4 miles with an option to add-on an additional 1-2 miles by the end of the route.
Come for the run and stay for a relaxed social atmosphere - we typically hang out a bit afterwards and do 15 minutes of core / strength exercises afterwards as well.
